Discussion | SACP appeals to African Court

JOHANNESBURG - There's a slim chance the African Court on Human Rights will overturn a decision to free Janusz Walus.

The SACP wants to take the decision to the court.

Walus is responsible for the 1993 assassination of the SACP leader.
