JOHANNESBURG - Legal expert, Marius du Toit, says Nandipha Magudumana is a massive flight risk, which could result in her not being granted bail.

According to Du Toit, Magudumana has already fled the country with Thabo Bester.

"The State has a good change of bail being denied," he says.

Magudumana would have to prove exceptional circumstances before bail can be granted.

Du Toit says that she would have to make full disclosure of her defense and take the court into her confidence.
