JOHANNESBURG - South African motorists will know this week what they will be paying for fuel in August.
The Mineral and Petroleum Resources Department is expected to announce the official price adjustment by Tuesday.
Current data suggests there will be little change in petrol prices.

Only 93-octane petrol is expected to see a small decrease. Diesel users, however, are likely to face increases of close to R2 a litre.
The shift follows higher global oil prices and a weaker rand after renewed tensions in the Middle East.
The final adjustment will depend on the Central Energy Fund's month-end calculations and any changes to the slate levy. The new fuel prices will take effect on Wednesday.
