Over R70bn of tax crimes prevented after SARS digitalisation upgrades

JOHANNESBURG - More than R70bn of tax-related crimes have been prevented with the upgraded digitalisation of the South African Revenue Service (SARS) systems.

Digitalisation frees up time to investigate irregularities.
