Jobs emergency | Tackling youth unemployment

JOHANNESBURG - Schools across South Africa will soon start teaching entrepreneurship to tackle rising youth unemployment.

The Department of Basic Education, with support from the European Union, is rolling out a new education for employability programme.

Minister Siviwe Gwarube says early intervention is key as seven in ten young people remain jobless.
