August, bearer of bad news for SA exporters

JOHANNESBURG - In just a matter of hours, South Africa will be hit with 30 percent tariffs by the United States.

As the Reserve Bank Governor said this afternoon, the only thing that is certain is, uncertainty.
For many SOuth African businesses, this tariff increase could be a breaking point.

No official deal has been confirmed by the government to try and deal with this decision by the US.
