SACRRA warns inaccurate data keeps people from credit qualification

JOHANNESBURG - Nearly every South African adult has access to formal financial services.

For many, the door to credit remains slammed shut, even when they qualify.

The South African Credit and Risk Reporting Association, says the real culprit is non-compliant credit and data providers. 

By failing to update or submit accurate information, they trap consumers with outdated profiles and block them from getting the credit they deserve.
