EAST LONDON - Moonlighting can be tricky - especially if there's a lack of understanding around the laws that ringfence the issue.

Recently, Sibongile Vilakazi - who worked at Wits University full-time - lost a case at the CCMA. It came to light that Vilakazi had taken on another full-time job without disclosing it to Wits management.
