CAPE TOWN - In a country gripped by an unemployment crisis, legally commercialising the cannabis industry is thought to be an advantage.

It’s believed the industry could create over 20,000 jobs if opened up to small businesses and entrepreneurs. 

The government has been urged to fast-track the amendment of cannabis laws.
