WESTERN CAPE - The Codeta taxi association is heading to the Western Cape High Court.
It's challenging the provincial government's decision to shut down key taxi routes.
Ten routes were closed for 30 days after deadly violence erupted earlier this month.
Six people were killed, and at least nine others injured in a route war.
