CAPE TOWN - The Western Cape High Court will hear taxi association Codeta's challenge to the closure of taxi routes.
The association approached the court after the Mobility Department closed 10 routes for 30 days.
Codeta and Cata had been engaged in a war over routes from Mfuleni and Khayelitsha to Somerset West.
At least 10 taxi operators and commuters were killed, and several others were wounded in shootings.
