PINETOWN - National Coloured Congress leader Fadiel Adams has arrived in Pinetown ahead of his appearance in the Pinetown magistrate's court for the first time.
He is facing charges of fraud and defeating the ends of justice.
It relates to his interference with the murder probe into ANC Youth League SG, Sindiso Magaqa.

Adams said he had a statement from the hitman that police were involved in the murder.
The MP was arrested in the Western Cape and was transported to Durban.
His family are worried as they have not seen him since his arrest.
