CAPE TOWN - MPs on Parliament’s Impeachment Committee say President Cyril Ramaphosa can't decide whether or not to appear before them.
Committee members have met to discuss the committee's draft terms of reference and the appointment of evidence leaders.

They say the wording in the draft terms of reference should be more specific.
And that President Ramaphosa must appear whenever he is called to come and testify.
"It is not acceptable that the president may not attend," said EFF leader, Julius Malema.
"The president must attend, he is the main person," he added.
MPs are set to narrow down a list of names of possible evidence leaders.
While opposition parties have criticised National Assembly Speaker Thoko Didiza’s approach to Ramaphosa’s attempts to halt the committee’s work, ANC Committee members have defended her.
Political parties are required to submit their written inputs by 10 July.
