CAPE TOWN - Parliament’s Phala Phala Impeachment Committee meets again on Wednesday.
The MPs are moving to shape the Inquiry into President Cyril Ramaphosa.
They are set to discuss draft terms of reference and the appointment of evidence leaders for the Section 89 process.
The Committee’s work follows a Constitutional Court ruling that struck down a key part of Parliament’s previous impeachment rules.

But tensions have already erupted over whether new rules could slow the inquiry.
Committee chair Makashule Gana has also opposed Ramaphosa’s court bid to halt the process.
That application will be heard in the Cape Town High Court on 15 and 16 July.
