KWAGGAFONTEIN - Taxi boss Joe 'Ferrari' Sibanyoni and his co-accused will remain behind bars until Friday.
They face charges of extortion and money laundering.
Sibanyoni's lawyer, Advocate Shaun Abrahams, says the State has no case.
They're so confident that they're already planning a defamation suit.

Sibanyoni's legal team accused the NPA of using delay tactics and not being transparent.
They say the Investigating Officer and prosecutors withheld the charge sheet and other important information.
They plan to bring a civil claim for defamation.
