JOHANNESBURG - Judgment is expected in the Usindiso building fire case.
It has been nearly three years since 76 people died in the inferno in the Joburg inner city.
Sithembiso Mdlalose faces 76 murder charges over the August 2023 blaze.
He initially confessed to starting the fire, but later withdrew the confession, saying he was forced to make it.
The case has faced several delays.
The Usindiso Commission also found the City of Johannesburg partly responsible for failing to enforce its by-laws.
