PRETORIA - Muzi Sibiya, accused 1 in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial, insists he never pointed out a traditional healer to police a day after his arrest.
Police claim the healer was mentioned in his alleged confession, which he continues to deny he made.
Lion Zwane took the stand in September 2023, confirming he knew Sibiya.
Sibiya maintains Zwane failed to identify him in court and again accused police of fabricating evidence.

But while police say Sibiya first pointed out the traditional healer, known as Mkhulu, at Palm Ridge a day after his confession, Sibiya denies knowing him, saying he met him for the first time in court.
Zwane's link is important as it further ties Sibiya to the alleged confession he continues to reject.
Sibiya's cross-examination continues on Thursday.
