CAPE TOWN - The SAPS Ad Hoc Committee is nearing the final stretch of its long-running work, with MPs now pushing to complete a draft report by 30 October.
The committee is working against its sixth extended deadline, as members continue deliberations on inputs submitted by political parties.
Once the draft report is finalised, implicated individuals will be given an opportunity to respond and provide their input.
The process will then move to the National Assembly, where the report will be formally tabled.
