DURBAN - The murder trial of rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and his friend, Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane, continues in the Durban High Court on Wednesday.
Proceedings follow a day of testimony on Tuesday, when four witnesses took the stand, including AKA’s manager and a DJ who was with the pair on the night of the fatal shooting.
The DJ told the court he heard a loud bang as they left a restaurant on Florida Road, initially believing the sound was fireworks.
In separate testimony, a mechanic told the court that accused number four had sold him a vehicle that was later discovered to have been stolen.
All seven accused have pleaded not guilty to the charges against them.
