MTHATHA - Manelisi Mampane, the man accused of killing a Walter Sisulu University student, is back at the Mthatha magistrate's court.
Sisonke Mbolekwa was shot and killed during a student protest earlier this year.
Mampane faces charges of murder, attempted murder, and unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition.
The resident manager at the university is out on 10-thousand-rand bail.
Students are expected to protest outside the court as the matter resumes for pre-trial.
