JOHANNESBURG - The African National Congress (ANC) has moved to recall Emfuleni mayor Sipho Radebe.
In a statement, the ANC says its provincial leadership found an array of basic service delivery failures in the municipality.
The municipality has been under administration since 2018.

The ANC is promising residents that it will address the concerns raised by the Auditor General.
The statement concludes by admitting that poor political leadership is to blame for the crisis in the southern Gauteng municipality.
