JOHANNESBURG – North West businessman and ANC member Suleiman Carrim is heading to court.
He wants to block his subpoena to appear at the Madlanga Commission.
The High Court in Johannesburg will hear his urgent application on Tuesday.

KZN Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi and Witness X implicated Carrim at the commission.
There are alleged chats linking him to Vusimuzi Cat Matlala, Brown Mogotsi and Julius Mkhwanazi.
He's also been accused of pocketing cash in exchange for sensitive police information.
Carrim is scheduled to testify on Friday.
