JOHANNESBURG - Alleged Political fixer Brown Mogotsi returns to court on Monday to launch a fresh bail application.
Mogotsi faces charges of perjury, defeating the ends of justice, and unlawful possession of a firearm.
He is accused of allegedly staging an assassination attempt on himself in Vosloorus. Mogotsi remains behind bars after he was denied bail earlier in June.
The court found he was a flight risk after providing inconsistent residential addresses.
His legal team will present new evidence, including concrete proof of his residential address.
