JOHANNESBURG - After three attempts to secure bail, Brown Mogotsi is back in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court for pre-trial proceedings.
The North West political fixer is charged with unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition,
perjury and defeating the ends of justice.

Mogotsi is in trouble following an alleged staged assassination attempt in Vosloorus.
The state has raised concerns about witness intimidation and protecting their identities.
It is alleged Mogotsi's wife visited one of the witnesses, after their address was revealed.
