JOHANNESBURG - South Africa's first National Director of Public Prosecutions returns to the TRC cases inquiry on Wednesday.
Bulelani Ngcuka denies any political interference in prosecutions of Truth and Reconciliation Commission cases.

He testified at the Khampepe Commission at the beginning of the month.
He told the inquiry that in cases like Steve Biko’s killing, evidence was simply too thin to prosecute the apartheid police responsible.
