CAPE TOWN - Taxis between Khayelitsha and Somerset West are back on the roads after a 30-day closure of routes.
The Western Cape Mobility Department suspended the routes due to taxi violence.
Associations Cata and Codeta have been feuding over the routes.
Mobility MEC Isaac Sileku said stability has been established in the past three weeks.
"We continue to monitor the situation on the ground. Law enforcement will still be on the routes," he said.
