JOHANNESBURG - Alleged criminal kingpin Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala returns to the High Court in Johannesburg on Thursday.
He faces charges of attempted murder, conspiracy to commit murder and money laundering.
His co-accused, including his wife Tsakane, are expected to join him in the dock.

A date for the pre-trial hearing is likely to be agreed upon if all issues are resolved.
Matlala is still fighting a transfer which has seen him moved to eBongweni Supermax Prison in Kokstad.
