PRETORIA - Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala returns for his third day before the Madlanga Commission.
The alleged crime kingpin has detailed his relationship with businessman Hangwani Maumela.
He told the commission they had a pool of funds to secure government contracts.

The attempted murder and corruption accused has also distanced himself from the late taxi boss Jothan Msibi.
The commission will continue its attempt to get more information from Matlala, who has continuously invoked his right not to incriminate himself.
