The Commissioner said communication would be made in due time to explain the proceedings.

Meanwhile, Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala has been subpoenaed before the Commission on Tuesday.

He has agreed to appear on condition that he is not cross-examined on the Medicare24 contract.

Matlala says this is because that matter is the subject of a plea deal with the NPA.
