JOHANNESBURG - The Constitutional Court will deliver the Phala Phala judgment on Friday.
At the centre of the saga are allegations linked to the 2020 theft of foreign currency from the president’s Phala Phala farm, as well as questions over whether proper procedures were followed.

The matter was heard in late 2024, but judgment has been reserved for more than a year, well beyond the usual timeframe.
The case brought by the Economic Freedom Fighters.
