CAPE TOWN - The Western Cape High Court is set to rule on President Cyril Ramaphosa’s attempt to stop Parliament’s impeachment committee proceedings over the Phala Phala farm scandal.
Ramaphosa is contesting the Section 89 panel’s finding of prima facie evidence that he may have violated the Constitution and the law.
Political parties remain divided over the inquiry’s next steps.
