THOHOYANDOU - "Deliver or get out," Limpopo ANC Chairperson Dr Phophi Ramathuba told party supporters in Thohoyandou.
This was her warning to underperforming councillors in the province ahead of the 4 November local government elections.
Ramathuba said the party would not hesitate to recall underperformers, even on the eve of elections.

She said the party has reconfigured itself. That is why some municipalities have had mayors removed and new ones instated quickly in their place.
"We are strengthening our municipalities to bring relevant people with relevant skills," she said.
"If you don't have a strong ANC that holds its deployees accountable, you are not going to win," she told the crowd at the Makwarela Stadium in Thohoyandou.
