JOHANNESBURG - Disgraced lawyer Peet Viljoen wants the criminal case against him struck off the roll.
The reality TV star was denied bail last month after the court deemed him a flight risk.

Viljoen faces almost 400 charges, including fraud, corruption and forgery linked to the sale of municipal properties amounting to R27 million in 2010.
His lawyer earlier told the Specialised Commercial Crimes Court in Pretoria that he's being unfairly targeted and that the prolonged delay in the case has infringed on his rights.
