PRETORIA - Disbarred lawyer and reality TV personality Peet Viljoen is back before the Specialised Commercial Crimes Court in Pretoria on Friday.
He remains behind bars after being denied bail last month.
Viljoen faces nearly 400 charges, including fraud, corruption, theft, forgery, and uttering.
The charges stem from the alleged sale of municipal properties worth R27 million in 2010, with the long-running case now back in the spotlight.

When bail was denied, the magistrate cited Viljoen as a flight risk and raised concerns that he had intimidated state witnesses.
