JOHANNESBURG - Gauteng Hawks head Major- General Ebrahim Kadwa's bid to have his cell phone returned has been struck off the court roll.

Kadwa's legal team, HS Patel Incorporated, has indicated they will continue with litigation seeking the same relief from the Madlanga Commission.

Last week, Khan's application to also have his devices returned was removed from the court roll after it emerged that they were no longer in the possession of the police, as they had been handed over to the Madlanga Commission.
