PRETORIA - Fadiel Adams returns to the hot seat at the Madlanga commission.
The suspended MP's testimony on Wednesday featured a mix of tense confrontations and lighter moments.
Adams faced questions on how he obtained classified crime intelligence information.
He denied obtaining the documents illegally, claiming they were slid under his office door in Parliament.
His evidence also focused on his interview by IDAC on 6 January last year. He disputed aspects of Advocate Drushanta Ramsamy’s evidence about that meeting, saying he was recorded without his permission.
Ramsamy was part of the IDAC team that interviewed him in Cape Town.
