CAPE TOWN - MP Fadiel Adams has opened a criminal case against senior IDAC investigator Dylan Perumal.
Sources have told eNCA that Adams alleges corruption and defeating the ends of justice against Perumal.
He accuses Perumal of providing sensitive information to another senior IDAC investigator Brian Padayachee, for disclosure before the Madlanga Commission.
eNCA has further learnt that Adams intends lodging a formal complaint against Perumal with the IDAC Oversight office led by Judge Takalani Raulinga.
