PRETORIA - Fannie Nkosi is set to appear at the High Court in Pretoria as he continues to fight for his freedom.
The suspended member of the SAPS Organised Crime Unit has been in custody since he was arrested in April.
He was denied bail on charges of possessing high-calibre firearms, ammunition, a stun grenade, police dockets, and cash.
In a separate case, he also faces charges for interfering in a drug case in Thohoyandou.
Both cases will now be combined and heard in Pretoria in July.
