PRETORIA - Suspended police sergeant Fannie Nkosi is appearing in the Pretoria magistrate's court on Monday.
He faces charges of theft, defeating the ends of justice, possession of unlicensed ammunition and stun grenades.
Nkosi was arrested on Friday after a raid on his Pretoria home, during which police also seized case dockets and other items.

He's a member of the Gauteng Organised Crime Unit and testified before the Madlanga Commission.
His testimony implicated senior police officials, alleging ties to organised crime figures.
