JOHANNESBURG - SAPS Major-General Feroz Khan has dropped his application to prevent the Madlanga Commission from accessing his electronic devices.
He also abandoned his application to appear before the Commission in-camera.
Khan made the secret and urgent application at the Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg. According to Commission spokesperson Jeremy Michaels, Khan has been ordered to testify before the Commission on 1 July.

He is set to testify for as long as it is necessary, until he is excused by the Commission.
