NELSPRUIT - The family of EFF deputy president Godrich Gardee will open a criminal case against SAPS officers at the Nelspruit Police Station on Tuesday.
The case is against all the police officers mentioned by the suspended Mpumalanga Provincial Commissioner, Daphney Manamela.

They allegedly interfered in the 2022 investigation process of the murder of Hilary, the daughter of Godrich Gardee.
This follows the Gardee family's formal request to the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry to summon Manamela to testify about allegations she made during a media briefing on Sunday.
