JOHANNESBURG - The DA says it will lay criminal charges against Higher Education Minister Nobuhle Nkabane for lying in Parliament.
It comes as student organisations and political parties intensify their campaigns for her axing.
Nkabane, however, says only the President can decide her future.
She says she's not worried about the Higher Education Budget Vote either.
