eTHEKWINI - The battle for the mayoral position in eThekwini has begun.
The DA has announced Haniff Hoosen as its candidate for mayor of the metro.
This follows just a week after the party named Helen Zille as its candidate for Johannesburg.
Hoosen, believes he is the right person to restore the metro to its former glory.
Concerns about service delivery have been raised, and the DA has promised to address these issues.
