CAPE TOWN - Three suspects, aged between 41 and 60, have been arrested following a drug bust worth more than R10-million in Hout Bay.
The Hawks’ South African Narcotics Enforcement Bureau team made the arrests on Thursday during an intelligence-driven operation.
According to the information provided, two vehicles were stopped and searched, leading to the discovery of 172,000 mandrax tablets concealed in a false compartment.
The suspects are expected to make their first appearance at the Wynberg Magistrate's Court on Monday, 12 October.
