High Court sets aside awarding of Lotto licence to Sizekhaya Holdings

PRETORIA - The High Court in Pretoria has set aside the Lotto licence awarded to Sizekhaya Holdings.

The agreement between the DTIC Minister, the National Lotteries Commission, and Sizekhaya Holdings has been suspended for 12 months.

This allows Minister Parks Tau to decide whether to award the licence afresh or negotiate a new deal if it is not given to Sizekhaya.
