PRETORIA - Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC) head Advocate Andrea Johnson is back at work after missing a scheduled appearance at the Madlanga Commission earlier this week.
A new subpoena has now been issued for Johnson to appear before the Commission next week.
National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson Kaizer Kganyago confirmed that Johnson was "fine" and back at work. eNCA understands she was part of an exco meeting on Friday morning.
Johnson was scheduled to testify before the Commission on Monday but did not appear, citing ill health.

Her testimony at the Commission has been postponed to a date yet to be determined.
Last week, the Commission heard claims that Johnson allegedly interfered in the handling of an assault investigation involving suspended Crime Intelligence deputy head, Feroz Khan.
