JOHANNESBURG - Thoko Didiza is slamming misinformation around her handling of impeachment proceedings.
The National Assembly Speaker maintains she complied with all Constitutional Court directives.
It comes as the EFF files a motion of no confidence against her.
The party is angry that she refused to oppose the President's bid to interdict the Impeachment Committee.
But Didiza says she carried out her duties.
This includes swiftly tabling the Section 89 independent panel report and setting up a multiparty committee.
She also says while she is not opposing the President's bid, she is making Parliament's case clear to the court.
