KWAGGAFONTEIN - Mpumalanga taxi boss Joe “Ferrari” Sibanyoni and his three co-accused are expected back in court on Tuesday following the re-enrolment of their case.
Sibanyoni, Bafana Sindane, Mvimbi Masilela and Philemon Msiza face charges linked to an alleged protection racket.
The accused are alleged to have forced a mining entrepreneur to pay protection fees between 2022 and 2025.

The case was re-enrolled after state prosecutor Mkhuseli Ntaba failed to appear for a scheduled bail hearing in May.
At the time, Ntaba cited threats to his life as the reason for his absence.
The matter returns to court as the accused continue to face allegations that have not yet been tested in court.
