MBOMBELA - The National Prosecuting Authority has confirmed the withdrawal of an interdict by taxi bosses Joe 'Ferrari' Sibanyoni and Bafana Sindane regarding their extortion case.
The accused brought an urgent application challenging the execution of the warrants of arrests.
But the NPA had obtained a J 50 warrant of arrest against the accused, and the case has already been re-enrolled on 28 May.

The NPA says their filing of the notice of withdrawal brings the matter to an end as far as the warrants of arrest are concerned.
