CAPE TOWN - Judgment has been reserved in President Cyril Ramaphosa’s urgent bid to halt Parliament’s Section 89 impeachment committee.
The High Court in Cape Town will deliver its ruling this Friday.
Ramaphosa argues the Section 89 impeachment committee should be stopped.
He believes the process could cause irreparable harm while his review of the Phala Phala panel report is pending.
